Well my friends in cyerspace, I'm learning a bit about navigation the net. I wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone and have one school assignment help with another assigment in a different class. Let me explain. I am working on developing a cirriculum and as part of on of the learning objectives I wanted the students to find and hand in a childhood immunization schedule. I wanted to give them a website to visit to retrieve this info. I thought of the Center of Disease Control. I tried a few different sites, cdc.org, cdc.edu then I googled Center of Disease Control. WALA there it was. It was easy the navigate. I now only could print out a schedule, I can order posters. Amazing, I think I getting there. To top it off , I can talk about the different websites I visited on discussion board. Til next week..............
