Grant awarded for purchasing PDA for the nurses to use on the unit

We were blessed with the awarding of grant money to purchase PDA for our nurses to use on the units. These hand held personal digital assistant are small enough to carry in your pocket, and are as valuable as a computer. We have choosen the Palm TIM PDA. It has 312 MHz with 128 MB of memory. It is wireless, interfaces, bluetooth, infared, WiFi and much more. It is a bit pricey but with the continual change s and advances in technology we thought we should get the best for our best. Inservice to follow upon arrival of our new tools.
